Can I use your address as my registered business address?
Yes. You may use our prestigious Kensington location as your registered business address.
What is the benefit of your services?
We provide you with all the benefits of a permanent office without the need for you to actually be there. To the outside world, your business is conducted from the site of our business centre in Kensington, London, giving you and your business a professional appearance.
Does your mail forwarding/collection service accept parcels?
Our mailing service can accept post of any description, from letters and parcels to courier deliveries. The latter are signed for and you are alerted as to their arrival.
Can I use your services from outside the UK?
Our virtual office service can be used globally by your business. Whether you are based within the United Kingdom or reside internationally, our mail forwarding and phone answering service can be tailored to meet your business needs.
Can calls be diverted to an international number?
Should you choose, you may have incoming phone calls forwarded or diverted to a number of your choice. This includes landline, mobiles or international numbers.
Can I reach my voicemail at any time?
You have 24/7 access to your voicemail. You can access this remotely from anywhere in the world. You will be supplied instructions along with a PIN which allows you to connect to your voicemail by telephone at any time, day or night.
What if I want more options?
London Virtual Offices in partnership with Vicarage House Business Centre offers a full range of business services. As well as our mail collection/forwarding and phone answering services, we provide virtual personal assistant services, online faxing and beautiful meeting rooms, available for hire by the hour or by the day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is required to commence the service. We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure Paypal payment gateway. The set up fee, along with the first three months fee (plus VAT) is to be paid through our website, or by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer. Thereafter a direct debit will be set up for payment on your account with us.
When can I start?
To commence your service, please purchase through the links on the specific service page you require. Alternatively, call us on 0207 937 4600 (international callers please replace ’0′ with ‘+44′) or complete our online enquiry form. Once we have your business details and the initial payment, your services can be in operation within 24-48 hours.
