Q. Can I use your services from outside the UK?
A. Our virtual office service can be used globally by your business. Whether you are based within the United Kingdom or reside internationally, our mail forwarding and phone answering service can be tailored to meet your business needs.
Q. Can calls be diverted to an international number?
A. Should you choose, you may have incoming phone calls forwarded or diverted to a number of your choice. This includes landline, mobiles or international numbers.
Q. Does your mail forwarding/collection service accept parcels?
A. Our mailing service can accept post of any description, from letters to parcels and courier deliveries. The latter are signed for and you are alerted as to their arrival.
Q. Can I use your address as my registered business address?
A. Yes. You may use our prestigious Kensington address as your registered business address.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Payment is required to commence the service. The set up fee, along with the first three months fee (plus VAT) is to be paid by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer. Thereafter a Direct Debit is set up fpr payment on your account with us.
Q. Can I reach my voicemail at any time?
A. You have 24/7 access to your voicemail. You can access this remotely from anywhere in the world. You are given instructions along with a PIN which allows you to dial in to your voicemail at any time, day or night.

Q. When can I start?
A. To commence your service, please call on 0207 937 4600 or complete the online sign up form. Once we have your business details and the initial payment, your services can be in operation within 24-48 hours.
Q. Do you provide 'Local Presence' Telephone Numbers?
A. Yes we do. Our digital telecommunications system enables us to provide all local area dialling codes in the UK, whether you want a Central London number (0207 or 0203) or Outer London (0208) or even other parts of the Country (0121 for Birmingham etc)
